Mr Lee joined the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong in 1989.(證券及期課監督委員會) He is currently the Director of Finance and Administration in charge of the accounting, treasury and administration functions of the Commission. Before this, he was the Director of Corporate Planning and the Director of Licensing responsible for corporate policy and special projects, development of licensing policy and administration of licensing regulations for intermediaries.

 

Mr Lee is a Council member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Advisory Committee of the School of Accounting and Finance of the HK Polytechnic University. He was the past president of ACCA, Hong Kong (2003/04) and a Council member of HKICPA (2005).

 

Mr Lee is fellow member of ACCA, HKICPA and CPA, Australia. He is an accountancy graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic and holds a LLB (University of London) and a master degree in Business Administration (University of Hong Kong).
